BattSwap collects from you these following personal data which will be provided with your request. This may include:

- details of your qualifications, skills, experience and employment history; and
- all other data which will be obtained in related communication.
BattSwap collects the personal data provided by you. Data might be contained in application form, CV or resume obtained from you through email communication. Your data may also be collected when visiting our website via cookies used by us.
BattSwap collects your personal data so that we can email you with potential job offer and/or contract offer.
We do not intend to transfer the personal data outside the EU.
We need to process data to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract with you. We may also need to process your data to enter into a contract with you.

At the end of that period, or once you withdraw your consent, your data is deleted or destroyed.
You are not obliged to provide us with your personal data. Their provision is entirely voluntary. However, please note that we may not be able to process your request properly or at all if the data are not provided.
BattSwap would like to make sure that you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. As a data subject, you have these rights: the right to the access of your personal data, which we process about you, the right to rectify or erase them, if appropriate, the right to have the processing restricted, and the right to object the processing, as well as the right to data portability.
